Hey guys just a quick one,
Doing a BWKO batch using green valley cracked maize, wheat, and cracked barley.
I asked the company if they use preservatives and pesticides on their product and they said no preservatives but in around a bout way would not deny pesticide use. They said they are not organic, I guess they source their product from many different growers.
They did say however the grains are put through a state of the art cleaning process to remove all dust and particles.
Anyhoo does this sound ok to use? I don't want to get to the 6th gen and realize I've screwed this.
Cheers peoples :happy-partydance:

I doubt very much that unless the bag says certified organic any cracked corn you buy is pesticide free. Bolworms are a bitch. Being stock feed I would assume its below acceptable limits.

I'd use it, it seems about the same quality as what I've been using and what most would be buying as stockfeed maize :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Devastated my last crop in Perth.
Wouldn't want them in a commercial crop.
