Postby krawczuk » Mon Oct 21, 2019 8:32 pm

just distilled a tpw, 6 kg sugar, 200gm tomato paste , 80 gm yeast, dont have any heat control , but so far its never been a problem. and i only got about 1 ltr with 2 degrees rise in temp this time. ( 78.6 to 80.6) ive hadnt had a problem before i usually got bout 2.2 ltrs. any clues why ? still be ok to drink ?

Could be a number of things. Did you take sg readings? It may not have finished fermenting? Could be a leak in the still?
