Prety much.
Dont need to multiply the amount of yeast by 4 though (50 to 200), probably only need to double the yeast if your not rehydrating it first.

Keep it to 1kg of sugar to 5L of wash, and you will be fine with most things.

Also, with the ingredients (TPW, FFV, etc) are they just multiplied from 50l washes to make a 200l wash?

I used nappy san for mine, just the homebrand stuff. After an overnight soak I emptied it out and with a soft broom I gave the inside a good scrub then rinsed well.
All the ingredients scale up except for the yeast. I just use the same amount of yeast that I use in a 50 litre wash.

Great stuff, I've been reading for a long time, almost finished my still build so time to start putting it into practice. Just want to make sure I do everything right and learn from everybody else's experiences

A 2lt airlock is a great idear ta sort out befor ya start ,as shown in an earlier post, large ferments are great but should be undertaken with more care and attention ta details, like start temps, PH, aeration befor pitching yeast, temp control of some sort will help give consistent results,6kg sugar per 25lt batch-24kg for 100lt,48kg for 200lt.I made a large 1.5mt stainless paddle for stirring and also use a paint stirrer in the drill ta mix and aerate at the start.cheers hillzabilly :handgestures-thumbupleft:

:text-+1: on the paint stirrer though I only put 40kg sugar in a 200L ferment.

Yeah Coffee using less has its benefits shorter and maybe slightly cleaner ferment,I should have said that the 6kg per 25lt is the maximum one should use, anymore and yeasties are stressed and produce more nasties wich take more or slower runs ta clean up.cheers hillzabilly :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Also buy a cheap aquarium pump to use for mixing in such large volumes! When I used to make up 100L batches (in the old pickle drums) I would throw a 3000lph aquarium pump and 2 x 300W heaters in there to get it all up to temp and mix the sugar in. The pumps are all sealed units and easy to clean as the impeller just slides out of most.

I will probably heat the water in my 50l boiler to get it up to temp then transfer it into the fermenter. Should I put a little pump in there and leave it while it ferments over a few days or just to get it going?
