Running a wash early

I've had a TPW wash fermenting for 7 days now and the SG is at just under 1000. It still has a bit of fizz in the wash and I'm sure it has more sugar to eat but I have to run it tomorrow as I need to go interstate for an emerency. I understand that my yield will be less but is it fine to run the wash early? I've always let them sit for at least 10 days so I'm not sure.

Thanks for the advice,

James

Yep just lower yield and bigger chance of puking due to unfermented sugar. On a reflux I guess puking is a bigger issue than a pot because the scrubbers can cause a blockage and I'm sure you realize what a blocked still can do..just be careful run it gentle and you should be fine :handgestures-thumbupleft:

You can just leave it sealed until you come back if you like. It'll last months in a sealed fermenter.
