All Grain Fermenting

Hey all,

I thought I would share a 13 second video of 200 Litres of an all grain bourbon fermenting. I just missed the "volcano" action but you can see where it rises up the side of the fermenter. It does this "volcano" action, up and down for about 60 minutes then settles into the action you see on the video. I don't put a lid on, just lightly cover the ferments.

Sorry about the background noise but you can certainly hear the ferment!!! :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Also did you leave your belt in your jeans in the drier :teasing-tease:

Lol, we have a washer/dryer for all our cleaning stuff and it sits near the ferment area :handgestures-thumbupleft:
