Yeah the monsta is going great, used it today as a hot water system to get my molasses wash going :happy-partydance:
Set temp for 45c and added it to my 190L drum, pitched yeast bomb at 34c ...... wooo f'n hoooooo a mash tunn & HWS in one :music-deathmetal:

always wanted to play around with something like that but always got good results with infusion mashing.

Well it's running now, sitting at 64c
25kg medium peat & 25kg golden promise plus 150L water... see how we go :pray:
