Howdy guys
Looking to try a couple of Single malt grain bills.
What do people recommend? Ive done a few 100% ale malt and wanting to try something a bit different.

Interested as well, as I'm going to soon try my first single malt. I've picked up some thomas fawcett floor malted maris otter for my first single malt, though I guess it is an ale malt like you've done.
