Chucked the fermenter in the fridge dialed down to 3c went away to work for 8 days and its frozen solid.
Ok to thaw and use? :pray:

If it was finished then yeah I’d run it
Maybe let it defrost first though :teasing-tease:

All good run it through yesterday no problems certainly clears up nicely at low temp.
