Ooooh, errrr hmmm :think: I'm not sure, I just done my very first sugar head yesterday. I used the dried malt extract. Liquid malt extract is next on the list when I get a spare fermenter :-D. I stepped into a HBS this morning and had a look at malts, there is HHEEEEAAAPPPSSSS of em, I didn't know where to start :scared-eek:

Well i decided to try mixing the liquid malt with some wheat germ,,, let you know how it all goes

Just finished a wash using this stuff just for flavour not converting starch.

Will run it next week.
