Made some of this Peatreek the other week.. was drinking some sugarhead whiskey this arvo that i added it to. Very nice addition i must say, it's a fair bit of the flavour i have been missing up to this point. :dance:
I added 7ml to 700ml bottle, but upped it to 20ml of peatreek to 700ml and much better. The 7ml/700ml was a bit too subtle for my liking.
I let my peat steap for a week, if i did longer I'm thinking it would of been a bit stronger.
