has any body used amylase enzyme in there wash

I had a go at using it, didn't get a great result, but haven't played with it any more either to see if I could improve on the result. Always too many other things cued up to go in my fermenters :angry-banghead:

Yup, used for higher conversion, I use it when I can't get 6 row or beano

i saw a bloke on youtube he used it with cornmeal it looked the part :think:
