I know you asked specifically for Rye meal, but if you are going to mash it to convert the starches into enzyme malted Rye is great.
Any decent homebrew shop that deals with grain will have it, other wise Craftbrewer has a decent website and is pretty cheap to post, and will mill it for free.

I don't have unprocessed Rye
Weyermann Rye Malt DP 30
Briess Rye Malt DP 105
Briess Flaked Rye DP 0 (yes zero)

Ok sounds like DP is very dependent on the variety. 30 is enough to convert itself and not much more . Unprocessed as in unmalted would also be zero :handgestures-thumbupleft:

You can get Distillers Malt and also Barret Burston does Galaxy malt, both are up around 350 DP which is great for things like a Whiskey if you don't want to add any enzymes.
