Pretty cheap from what I can see!

Can get whole corn from feed stores. I go to brigadoon produce and its under $20 for 25kg!

They have cracked maize too for $22 or something :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Where does everyone get their rye from in Perth?
It's all pretty expensive (more than $3/kg), i guess due to its 'organic' label. There must be a cheaper source.

I'd suggest giving plain Rye a miss... adds little to nothing and has next to no flavour carry over.

A malted rye =nice but it costs a little more.

We have only just started but from our “looking”, Bulk Brewer my Supplies is the best priced and, so far we’ve had no issues with their grain.

If you want it cheap buy by the bag. Try brewmart in Bayswater (maybe bassendean).
The bonus is I've never seen bad service there and they know a bit about distilling as well. Not as much as here though.
One of the chicks there runs a 4 plater.

For sure!

With our current skill level ( :laughing-rolling: ) with AG whisky it would be better to get better priced grains!! :D
