Here's how to mash your grain.

get a 50L pot.
Get 6kg of crushed wheat malt or barley malt (barley is easier).
Add 32L of water to the 50L pot.
Bring the temp of the water to 69C.
Put a piece of 1.5mx1.5m swiss voille (its a type of material) into the pot.
Add crushed grain and stir so there's no big clumpy bits. Temp should be between 62C and 66C.
Let it sit for an hour.
Pull out swiss voille, bringing the grain with it. (think of it like a giant teabag) Squeeze the shit out of it to get all the liquid you can out.
Bring the remaining liquid up to 80C. Should be around 24-26L of liquid.
Drain to the fermenter and cover.
When its cold add yeast.

distill after a week. You could add a kg or two to bring your alcohol up as well if you want... its hard to get high og with grain without boiling it.

Only thing I'd add would to be bring the temp up to 75C for 10 minutes after the hour long mash, to mashout
Then pull the grain bag, squeeze, etc
I find it helps with my efficiency quite a bit

I agree spork. However i wanted to keep this as simple as possible. Doing a mashout with the bag in place can burn the bag if you're not careful.

6kg grain in 26L should give a 1050 wort with a 70% efficiency so its not too bad. Adding a couple kilos of sugar will pump that up to 1080
