All grain vodka

Anyone had a go at an all grain vodka ? I just put down 100% malted wheat wash yesterday, fermented with S23 lager yeast. Thinking of running 4 plates and a packed section.

I've been keen to do some ag vodka as well and was thinking 4 plates and packed section would be perfect for this :handgestures-thumbupleft:
I was going to use 60/40 malted/unmalted wheat to keep the costs down a bit :think:
Also a shit load of rice hulls to keep herms flowing
Should make some great sippin vodka :D
