I have a 2nd gen Mac Whiskey 55l which has stalled temp is at 30 so I went to jaycar and got a ph meter to check and it was at 3.3 so I bought a 20kg bag of hydrated lime and have added 4 teaspoons already and it has only raised it to 3.5. Should I just keep going with the lime until it gets to the right level? at this rate ill probably use the whole bag :-B
