I just watched this little video. Pintoshine is a longtime contributor to the american equivalent of Aussiedistiller. Hopefully the enzymes get past the border nazis so I can give this a go. Corn in my Herms setup is a fail so looking at an alternative. You can still use malt and pretty much any recipe you want, but the mix stays thin. Comments?

Watched this a while ago and for a 100% corn mash enzymes are the only way to go. There are places in Aus you can get enzymes if your source fails :handgestures-thumbupleft: I just attempted all grain for first time the other day and failed corn is a bitch,turns the bottom of the fermenter into pudding, but its not why mine failed, my mash was to hot when I added the malt and rye and it killed the enzyme. I am also looking at how to setup for corn, ideas of grape presses have been passed around to squeeze the juice from the sediment in bottom of fermenter..

Local supplies. Where? $100 has got me the 16 oz kit (500ml) which is enough to convert a field of corn. Fingers crossed.

You know, when I did my Appalachian Moonshine, I went thru that! Halfway I was interrupted by SWMBO for something far more important (critique of her dress) and left the FV on an angle (easier to reach the stuff). When I came back, a lot of the fluid had drained to the low point and there was stuff all left in the grains. So, I recon syphoning off the wash and putting the grain onto some sort of mesh to allow it to drain would be sufficient... I haven't tried this yet. I just don't recall too many "grain" pressure devices in the larger distilleries I've visited!

Doing a search i see Still Spirits Vodka yeast that has amyloglucosidase enzyme could be worth experimenting with maybe the yeast could be filtered out and mash at a higher temperature and put the yeast back after conversion and temperature drops.

Some of the enzymes may be repackaged by home brew sellers say in United States as some are only sold in large amounts and packaging could look suspect or come from china where drugs are easy to purchase and its easier for customs to dump. If you look at some enzymes they are sold for experimentation not for human consuption .

I guess that's where you want to make sure you're buying from reputable sources. Enzymash is probably as reputable as they come for these enzymes.
