Hold down latch name

Hey all looking for a hold down latch the t500 has the ones I want I circled it in red in the pic below anyone know what this type of latch is called? Help appreciated cheers.

Its an over centre latch.

many adjustable length ones available cheaply on ebay

Anyone in aus sell stainless pots with the lid hold down latchs like in picture i posted above?

not that I have found - was looking for one a little while back for a thumper.

Why not use a big blue plastic drum as a fermenter, like an old olive drum.
You could put an air lock on it.

Just an idea, unless you absolutely must have stainless.

Screw top but they work. Taps are detachable about an extra $30.

Found these guys, they have a range of sizes and shipping and tap is included.
Works out cheaper depending on what you buy.

Found out the 30l ones are welded but the 100l ones are folded press fit and may leak :crying-blue: so will keep looking really want at least 2x60l...May just get one of the keg king 97l brewery pots for now

I saw a 75 litre one on grays but have been unable to locate its origin.
The 100litre ones are commonly used for fermenting wines.
Leaking is not an issue but cleaning might be, especially if you want to use it for beer.
If it can hold oil it can hold other liquids.
