Just checking is this info still current? The boka build in newbies corner?

If by current you mean it will work then yes.
I would use a bulkhead triclover fitting rather than trying to solder and bolt the copper to the lid.

Make the outlet as short as possible, this prevents smearing.
Obviously a stainless needle valve would be a winner here as well.

Have you thought about the double reducer style?
Supposed to be easier to make.



But do you really want 8-12hr spirit runs from a keg full of wash?
Or are you going to scale it up to 4"??

Double reducer style? No a 10l low wine neutral run on the bubbler is enough for me :D I want something for a friend to run on a t500 boiler. He does not want to go all out with with 4" bubbler.

Can you go straight to neutral from wash with boka?
