Distill or wait for yeast

Postby Pist n broke » Fri Jan 26, 2018 3:48 pm

I have a turbo mash that i dropped the yeast in Saturday last week. It was bubbling like crazy but last few days really slowed down... today it’s “just” making a little crackle sound if Yu listen carefully. My question. Is can I start the turbo clear etc or should I wait till no yeast action..?
Does it really matter...??

I would ALWAYS use a hydrometer ta test were ya are and ifn ya brew is finished,it is one of the pieces of test equipment you need in this game ,useing an airlock or taste are secondary ways of testing ta me and are a guide only.cheers hillzabilly ;-)
