Cleaning solder joins

Hi some time back I made a copper parrot using Bromic plumbsafe solder, i have noticed the solder joints are going a greenish type color, whats the best way to clean this up?

Citric acid bath and a scotch brite scourer pad if need be :handgestures-thumbupleft:
Is that solder lead free?

Yes its the plumbsafe stuff totally leadfree
