Gen 2 help

Hi Guys,
I need some help with maths..
I got home tonight and found my 60 litre ferment er leaking like a sieve. Ive had to pour the contents into my 220 litre Olive drum i normally use for my FFV washes.
I used 6 kgs of molasses and 6 kgs of raw sugar in gen 1, which resulted in a SG of 1040, which was a bit low but all good. My boiler is 18 gallons in capacity so I am wanting to slowly increase the size of my wash as move through the gens.
Based on the ratios in Hook Rum recipe, Should I just add 40% of my rum dunder after distilling Gen 1, 15kgs of Raw sugar, 21 kgs of molasses and DAP to suit to make 180 litres of wash ? This opens up the fact that I will have to store my dunder seperately until ive finished running all 3 batches, prior to mixing my dunder and molasses back into the original olive drum to start gen 2...
Or is it just easier to stick with 60 litre fermenters that dont leak ?
