Just keep an eye on ph. I have issues after 5 gens but plenty are on 60 or more gens on bwko type drinks..

Thank you bluc for your as always helpful replies. I sometimes wonder if I should have taken over the bathroom, full of boilers and fermenters for somewhat little rewards, but I have invested too much now and have to continue. Maybe one day I will be able to afforded a bottle or two Glenfidick

Gin is neutral flavoured with herbs and spices.
Vodka is a very good unflavoured wash cleaned up and cut very well but not neutral it still has minor characteristics of the original wash.
Neutral is just that, neutral. No flavour no scent no mouthfeel.
Whisky is why I wake up, it's complexity is why sunrises and sunsets are never boring...
