Hey Shaun,

What kind of spirits are you looking ultimately to make?

If you're open to the idea of starting out with a pot still and adding the reflux still later, I think the 2" pot and 25 litre boiler from 5 Star might come in under your budget. You could look at the 2" boka further down the track.

Oops, i couldn't wait, bought this 2nd hand rig today, reflux still with 50l keg boiler, came with a long filter, not sure i will use the filter.
