Here we go:

The valves and snap connectors are so I can disconnect it and move it in and out of the shed without having to drain and refill every time, which would be a pain :angry-banghead:
I've gotta sort out the kinks in the clear vinyl tubing, I'll get some elbows for it.
Both sets of pvc tubing are just sitting in place and so can be moved out from along the walls as need be. Everything packs back under my bench with enough room for my 60, 23 and 2 x 11 L fermenters.
Each fan of the radiator runs on its own 25 A 12 V DC transformer.

That's ripper set up!

I will benefit from close proximity to the pool for now, but will (at some stage) look into a radiator setup; be it car radiator or old AC radiator... power is the main concern running 2 x 2400W elements.

Yeah my elements are 2000 W, gives me some extra power to run pump (35 W), lights (Ikea LEDs) and transformers. I run all these on the circuit that is also for my power controlled element, so when I dial back my element (usually to 400 W, with the other on 2000 W), there's plenty to go round.

Has anybody every tried using a kids blow up pool as a reservoir?

With everything in lock down there are not a lot of options available that don’t involve stupid freight costs. I was worried the wheelie bin might over heat and those pools usually hold heaps of water.

In summer it might even provide some heat relief as I watch the beast work away.

Yep, Depends on the local council

Some of em won't even let you leave a blue seashell one with water in them. Before you go ahead with it, best you check into what the local requirements are, you could get a knock on the door thanks to a drone inspection otherwise

Will do mate, I can only imagine the look on the inspectors face when he sees the unfenced pool. I cannot imagine the look he will have when I explain what I am using it for lol.

With the setup i have of the 2 drums totally 360L and the pump in one and the return in the other with cross tubes i am good for about 6 hours before the water gets too warm to deal with. this would be a good pool https://www.harveynorman.com.au/bestway ... quare.html this would hold about 400-450L

Shaun I was looking at a Clark rubber blow up pool, 2000 litres, small rectangle 1.75 x 2.25 meters for $50:00. In the end I decided to use rain water tank and run everything back into the tank. 2000 litres so should not over heat. I will know a lot more once I have actually used my still lol
