Still maitenance time and I have a problem. The epdm seals have stuck the modules togther and I mean really stuck them together to the point i am worried I will deform something if apply anymore pressure. Anyone got a bright idea? Currently sitting in a citric bath.

Had that problem before.
I threw them all out and orders platinum cured silicone ones from Brewery Gaskets in the US (Las Vegas) they will send small orders.
Citric will work eventually but I soaked mine in acetone for 24hrs and then used a Stanley knife blade and very carefully tapped it into the joint/gasket,
They stick like shit to a blanket and made me wonder about contamination.
I puller the platinum silicone 6” off the stripper the other day for the first time in 18 months (it has been washed in place many times and used every other weekend) no deterioration, well worth the little extra cost :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I was originally on silicone and changed because they seemed to seal better :angry-banghead:

The EPDM do seal better but the trade off is what your seeing now .
Silicone will need you to lean on the tri-clamp a little harder to get the same seal but you’ll be able to pull the still apart
