Today im doing the first cleaning run on my 50lt keg ccvm. Does anyone know how many litres of vinegar water i need to charge the boiler with. Will 10l be enough

G’day mat. Just make sure that you have enough liquid in the boiler to cover the element and then allow some extra for the run. I used about 14l for my boiler (50/50 mix) and that worked fine for me. Put some water in the boiler to the depth that you need to cover the element and then run it out into a couple of buckets and measure what you have.

Thanks lesgold i ran with 14l this afternoon and it ran a treat. So happy with how it went. Cant wait for the alcohol run then onto the good stuff
