Yeast

A noob here. I’m in Australia and with this covid going on for life of me can’t get any bakers yeast from supermarkets.
I have a packet of Alcotec 48 hours yeast. I’m bored and want to do a wash. Can I make a WBAB wash using that yeast if so can someone give me a recipe for 25 litres. I have a pot still. Cheers in advance.

You should pop into the Welcome Center and introduce yourself.

I would avoid using that yeast. Have you had a look at the 5 Star store I seem to recall Andrew saying he had a decent sized shipment of yeast come in recently.

Harris farm also sells yeast I'm pretty sure. That's if there's one nearby.
