I have read the section about what to store high abv alcohol in but just wondering can i store my low wine in a fermenter for a few days?

I am doing my biggest run so far 160l so far i have 10l of about 35% but i only have 6 5l carboys and i use a coulpe as faints jars, these are a lot higher abv than the low wines.

If it's plastic I'd probably avoid it. Stainless steel works well. Do you have a large brewpot you won't be using, or a keg?

No, but i might look around for something cheaper than a 20L carboy

Corny kegs are great and can double as aging vessels

I'm into these probably over $100 each but shit they're handy, had a boily mate weld them up for me, and I'll admit I got a bit carried away making them. I've got another 30L the same which I'm converting to a small boiler for my Gin basket, plus another 50L keg just for storage, I love kegs as you may be able to tell.
