Am about to start my first proper 'stripping run'.
Got 23L fermented sugar wash.

I have:-
An AlcoEngine pot still head
A 10" x 2" s/s extension tube
A 2" sight glass with copper bubbler
2 copper scrubbies
30 Litre boiler (Beer Me)

My plan is to put the ext tube (with the scrubbies inserted) on the boiler, then the sight glass w bubbler, then the pot still head.

Does that sound OK?
Or a bit of overkill for a stripping run?

Just use the pot head for stripping runs , no mesh no nothing.
I used to chuck the first 100ml and keep everything all the way down to 10%
Some say you don’t need to chuck anything but I think it’s good practice.
