I have done 3 x 20 litre stripping runs of a sugar wash and tossed the first 150mL from each.
I now have enough @ 40% ABV to do a spirit run with 'cuts'.
Do I need to discard the first 100-150mL from the spirit run?

Hi Moonshyner,

That's what I do. 150ml-ish from each stripping run, then 150ml-200ml on the spirit run.

If you take too much as foreshots they're just heads anyway, and you probably don't want those.

Might as well. You’re going to end up sending the first jar or so to the next feints run, so 150 ml is nothing off the top of nothing you want. Too high in volatiles.
