Just starting out and need some advise? then post it in here.

Storing Dunder

I have been given two 20 litre aluminium Pots and would like to know if I can use these to store dunder in Cheers

I could not recommend aluminium for dunder storage.
Your dunder might end up eating the pot.
Food grade plastic buckets are cheap and acid proof.

Drums with small screwtop lids are best, fill to the brim and seal as hot as possible straight from the boiler, the heat and zero air space should ensure its stays free from infection pretty much indefinitely (ymmv lols)

I cant actually think of a use for an ally pot out side of boiling bath water, i shudder to think of how many meals ive had cooked in ally growing up.

Thanks for the advice I will not be using thaw aluminium pots brought food safe bucket instead live and learn Cheers
