Stopped the run halfway

Hey guys,
I had to stop a spirit run on a T500 about halfway through, due to unforseen circumstances.
It was a combination of low wines from previous stripping runs.
Question is - when I crank it up again - will I still be in " hearts" land, or will it go through the heads kind of stage again ?

Take some small cuts mate.
Usually you are quickly back into the heats so a few smaller jars will make sure you can seperate the initial inevitable heads
