Cloudy stripping run

Postby NoHope » Wed Jul 12, 2023 12:29 pm

I’m hoping someone can shed some light on what I’m doing wrong it seems that every time I do a stripping run every thing is going smoothly and crystal clear until I get to 40 % ABV and that’s when my output turns cloudy , now I’m at 30% ABV and it’s clear again any help would be appreciated

Fusel oils are coming over. Perfectly fine and normal if stripping hard and deep in to tails.

What are you stripping ?

As other have said perfectly normal, if you store portion in glass it will always leave an oily film.
