TPW wash and Triple concentrate tomato paste

Hey guys just starting out so total newbe, i decided to jump in for a TPW was and just realized that the Leggoes paste i bought is triple concentrate , can i use it ????

Hey, I haven't tried it myself, I just use the Coles stuff, but I imagine it will work just fine. Test your PH, it might be much more acidic and it could stall your fermentation if you use too much.

Thanks for the information i ended up using 130 gr instead off the 200., i will have to pick.up.a ph meter and check the ph

I tried this last week. It seemed to fermenting fine. I used ~100gm in 10l.
With the 100gm paste, coles 10 l spring water, and 2.5kg sugar the ph came out at 5 - with no lemon juice.
