first run pot still

hi guys did my first run of rum (low wines) got approx 6l from a 25l wash threw away first 200ml
start
70%
65% temp 96.8
60%
55%
40% temp 100.8
30% temp 102.3
35% temp 103.5
20%
shut down still
from 30 to 20% the spirit went cloudy but from 70 to 40% is all in a ss keg not to sure about the cloudy stuff put it a side
to start a new gen i need 20% of whats left mix ingerdents with that wait for it to cool and make the rest up on the old yeast :pray: :clap:

all sounds good Mauler, but ya might wanna check the accuracy of that thermometer your using :? , those temps sound wrong to me
I usually get 20% abv @ 98*c and I have never heard of water boiling at 103.5 *c :shock:

thanks as for the thermometer it came from china is its wrong thats what you get for $3

Nar stubbs ya can get it higher than that jus need a little pressure
