2nd Distallation collection

HI All..Billy here.. :?
I am about to put through,an amount whisky knockoff for a second distallation... :D So whatever it starts at in the potstill and I collect down to 60%,disregarding the forshots.Do i need to make cuts,or just wood what i have collected. And whats collected below 60%,make cuts and throw the rest in the feints jar...

you'll still need to do your cuts mate, dont rely on ABV% or temps for it.... use your senses (taste/smell) for your cutting :handgestures-thumbupleft:
