hi all,what a great forum,im new to this making spirits business but love it already i have an essincia still and have just done our first wash and ran it through the the still and got rid of the first 50mls but the instruction book doesnt say much about hot to cut it with water,etc and ive had a read on here and would like to know what all of the things such as heads, hearts & tails mean,is there any good easy step by step instruction avaiable as i dont want to make my self sick!!!!!!! :scared-eek:
Any help would be great

don't forget to keep a bottle of your first wash stashed away to compare in a couple of months to what you will be producing. Good for a laugh :laughing-rolling:
