Tell me how to do a cleaning please.

I am just getting all my bits and pieces ready to make my first still. It's a pot still.
Can someone tell me how to and what to use for the cleaning runs. Thanks Brian.

I couldn't find any info on that either so I just tipped a homebrand 2 litre bottle in then some water to cover the heating element.

you two blokes only want to clean out ya ultra pure stills hey . look real I would just soak them in a water and citric acid solution rather than do an unnecessary vinegar run though a fairly slow reflux still but suit ya selves 4 to 1 would be heaps for cleaning a still that has be in use

Maybe someone should edit the cleaning run tutorial and add what amounts to use, seems to be a regular question lol.

I only really care about the column, the boiler is clean as fuck, I thoroughly scrub it after every run...
