As a long term project & with the help of members here, you'd be surprised at how easy it is to build a low budget bubbler.

Visit the scrappy's, keep an eye on ebay & gumtree, just make the commitment to yourself and you'll get there :handgestures-thumbupleft:

There is another option as well, keep a close eye on the local scrappy, tell him what ya after........put the word out you want a keg, have a look at the easy flange thread, start planning to build a nice little 2 or 3 inch pot still..........it aint gunna cost the world that way. You might have to beg, borrow or steal a heat source for soldering. That little pot will teach you a whole lot about distilling.

equipment: (The Pelican) a 2 inch pot / stripper on 25L electric boiler interchangable with T500 reflux still...... 2 1/2 inch pot still on 50L keg (gas burner).....
3 inch Boka (half share with Draino),...... 4 inch 4 plate perforated plate Bubbler

fizzydrink: i'm running one of mac's modular bubblers on a 25l hbs boiler. the only thing is, you need to support the column because some of the weight is off to one side

No need to go buy everything at once,bit here,bit there,stashed in secret hiding places :D :D Before you know it you'll have more than enough to start a build :handgestures-thumbupleft: :handgestures-thumbupleft: it's amazing what you can find at the scrappy
