Tracking a batch of spirits

Hi,

Was just wondering what you guys did to track each batch you produce and the usage of the spirit ... if you do at all that is.

Initially started just writing everything down in a book, but it was messy and quite unreadable. I looked for information on what to keep records of, but I was only able to find things for tracking beer.

This is what I came up with in the end.

That's sensational mate, I used to keep track of things when I first started this but got lazy. There no better way to achieve the best product you can by doing what your doing, top work :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I tried taking some form of notes and stuff at first also but got sick of it after about the 2nd batch. The way i keep track of it these days is if the bottle is empty it was fuckin nice. If the bottle sits there full for a while then it is shit..

Wrote the code myself. It's php with a mysql back end.

We seem to be using the same logic. We are currently trying to experiment with as many different essences as we are able to but the more we sample, the harder it seems to be able to remember the prior "samples".
