Adding LME to UJSM

Postby markus » Thu Apr 04, 2013 7:03 am

I'm looking at replacing a kilo of sugar with a can of LME to this recipe.
Anyone tried this? Thoughts, comments.
Will a 1 kg can produce as much alcohol as 1 kg of sugar?
Or should I just keep quantities the same and throw the can in?

Cheers

Depending on what size ferment you're doing, but me personally,I'd leave things as they are and throw the can in as well :handgestures-thumbupleft:

It's only a 25L batch,
Well I guess I'll find out in a 6 months if it's any good.
If I don't drink it all by then.

Cheers
