TPW is still on the brew mat at around 26 degC. Waiting on the STC-1000 to turn up in the mail and then thinking of mating it to a 150W ceramic reptile heater.
Still working on the brew room in the corner of the shed. Plumbing to come this week before popping the reflux on the top of the boiler.
TPW is in with the pale ale and ginger beer/wine (it comes out at 17% ;-)).

3 days on and SG is down to 1030 from 1080. Getting there...

TPW after a week of brewing then the best part of a week in the cold.
