I think the top of my wash has gone a bit Jelly ?

I believe its a bacteria called Leuconostoc, will this affect my wash ?

What has happened and how do i fix it .

No i havnt been into that section but the wash ended up fermenting nicely, once the yeast get stronger they kill off the jelly

Going to boil it off tonight
