My build is almost complete; What Else Do I Need to Pickup?

My copper work and electrical controller build is almost complete; What Else Do I Need to Pickup?
I have a couple food grade plastic barrels for fermentation and cooling with a pool pump somewhere.

Please help me build my shopping list:

0) parts to make a Parrot
1) dozen(?) pint BALL jars
2) Starsan sanitizer
3) alcometer(s) / hydrometer(s)
4) Siphon rig thingie to move beer to boiler
5) containers to accumulate heads/feints
6) Vinegar for cleaning run
7) large funnel
8) ....
9) ....

Please fill in sequentially.

equipment: Portable A.G brewery ,#001 5 STAR blockhead 4" Modular 4 plate SSG with,6"inline thumper, 2.5" 9 tube shotgun, packed section, Boiler 50 ltr inverted keg 4"still mount, 2.4 Kw FSD elements 1"drain.

I guess I can't EDIT my original post to update for these suggestion and my own.

8) 5L demijohns for aging
9) Oak. JD Chips or barrel staves
10) 20l buckets to hold grain and molasses

11) Hose and a way to control the coolant flow
12) cheese cloth or something to screen everything
13) Airlock or blow off tube parts for the fermenters. Or something to cover them. To keep out the bugs.
14) Test cylinder for your hydrometer. Glass one.
15) Fermenting ingredients.
16) Yeast. (couple different kinds are good to have on hand including bakers)
17) Yeast nutrient. ( not needed but handy to have)
