Is 5 or 10 litres of 30 - 40% ABV in a 25 litre boiler ok?

Relating to my other questions about heads, tails and my crap palate...

Thinking about re-running my existing two runs through the still at 40ABV or less. Given that I have around 3 litres of spirit. If I water it down to 10 litres overall, is that going to go ok in my 25 litre boiler and reflux still?

More of a question around half full boilers vs 25 litre boilers with 23 litres of 10% ABV wash in them.

I can't see a problem as long as the level isn't going to drop below your element, the pure distilling boilers have a concealed element though so you should be fine.

I didn't think so. Just wanted to check if there was any gotchas with a longer distance between the top of the boil and the top of the column.

Would just be easier to distinguish the different cuts and you would get a bigger hearts cut using a bigger boiler charge.
