Hey guys ive had a wash in my fermenter for two months as I had to go easy for a bit of family dramas
how long are they ok for or does it need to be thrown and a new one started

I had 50lrs of UJ sit for that long or thereabouts, while building "Steampunk"
Ran it last weekend as a sacrificial and it turned out fine.
Mine was in an open topped fermenter as well. :o

Run it and see what happens.
So long as it hasn't turned vinegary it should be fine.
