How big a water tank and pump do we need to cool our Spirit maker stil??

Hi Nanna,
a good idea might be to measure the amount of water you use on a single run...
Put you water outlet into your fermenter and see how many times its filled.
this will give you a guide as to what size container/s you will need. ;-)

I have this still and use 2x plastic 44's,,the most I did was 3 runs in a row and the drums got a bit warm towards the end of the 3rd run.thats with the 30 ltr boiler. :handgestures-thumbupleft:I run my outlet water to the other one with the hose going to the bottom of the drum,when it overflows it runs to the other 44 that is my inlet water that I pump from.

I use the 250watt xu1 pump from bunnings nana,,,works a treat! :handgestures-thumbupleft: was about 50 bucks from memory.
