I would tip some water down the top while having the valve open and see what it is collecting. Should at least let you know if the valve is the problem or some other restriction :handgestures-thumbupleft:

problem solved, the pinhole in the valve was a little blocked. A 1mm drill bit used with my fingers not a drill cleaned it out and when I fired it up again it spurted out as normal. thanks for all the help guys. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

If you remove that stupid soldered on disc at the top and replace it with a push on 2" cap it will make it a million times easier to clean and service. Hell you don't need any cap at all except just for looks :-B
