Just a quick question for those of you with the black EPDM seals. How do you get them to 'unstick'? I have a 4" fill port with an EPDM seal and it is wayy hard to get off for a refill. Any tips and tricks>

smear of vege oil before going on...
to get off wet first then try an ice cube

Maybe mine just like sealing like its life depends on it. I remember before I got the ferrules welded on neither my carpenter mate nor me could pry them loose!
Maybe my EPDM has traces of superglue?
